This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Silver Tone Music, operated by Intuitive Goat Consulting LLC dba Silver Tone Music.
Some purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as Buy Me a Coffee, Printify, DistroKid, payment processors, affiliate partners, or other services. Their policies may also apply.
All digital product sales are final.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads, music files, digital art, guides, printable products, supporter content, or other downloadable items once the purchase is complete.
Exceptions may be considered only if:
You were charged incorrectly
You purchased the same item twice by mistake
A technical issue prevents access to the file
The wrong file was delivered
Silver Tone Music determines that a refund is appropriate

Music purchases, downloads, and streaming activity may be handled through third-party music platforms, distributors, or storefronts.
Refunds, access issues, account issues, or purchase disputes through those platforms must usually be handled directly through the platform where the purchase or stream occurred.
Physical merchandise may be fulfilled by print-on-demand providers such as Printify or through platforms such as Buy Me a Coffee.
Because items may be made to order, all merch sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or there is a fulfillment issue that is the responsibility of Silver Tone Music or its fulfillment provider.
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
The item arrives damaged
The item has a clear manufacturing defect
The wrong item was sent
The print error is significant and not caused by normal production variation
The issue is reported within the required time frame listed on the product page or fulfillment platform

Email used for purchase
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
Description of the issue
No proof, no claim. We need clear documentation to review the issue.
Refunds are not guaranteed for:
Ordering the wrong size
Entering the wrong shipping address
Changing your mind
Not reading the product description
Not checking the size chart
Color differences caused by screen settings
Minor print placement variations
Delays caused by carriers
Items marked delivered by the shipping carrier
Digital products that were successfully delivered or downloaded
Please review all product details before purchasing.
At launch, Silver Tone Music intends to ship physical merchandise within the United States only.
Shipping costs may be included in product pricing or calculated through the platform used for purchase.
Shipping times, production times, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the item, supplier, carrier, and platform used.
For internet merchandise orders, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times. If no shipping time is stated, the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally uses a 30-day standard for shipment expectations.
If shipping is delayed beyond the stated time frame, the seller may need to notify the buyer and give options depending on the situation.
Silver Tone Music is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If a package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at email@silver-tone-music.com, and we will review what can be done based on the platform, provider, and order details.
Print-on-demand products are made when ordered. Because these items are created specifically for each purchase, returns and exchanges are limited.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are only considered for qualifying damage, defects, wrong items, or fulfillment errors.
Silver Tone Music may offer memberships or subscriptions in the future.
Membership billing, cancellations, refunds, and access rules will be listed at the time the membership or subscription is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, payments for memberships, subscriptions, supporter content, and exclusive access are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Donations, tips, “pay what you want” payments, and general supporter contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, the refund, return, shipping, and customer service policies of that third-party seller apply.
Silver Tone Music does not control third-party affiliate purchases.
